When did you first get into web technology?
I started building websites around 1995 for my first business, Pennywise PC Consulting. That was towards the end of high school, but once I went into college, I began working for the UC Irvine Campuswide Honors Program as a computer resource specialist. It was my job to maintain their website and databases. Through that experience I learned to combine database technology with web technology to create database-driven websites. This is where the seed of EnderTech was planted.
How did EnderTech develop?
Through years of practice and self study starting in 1998 I developed my programming techniques. I then hired others whom I taught what I knew and before I could blink, EnderTech became a self-sustaining fountain of new tech talent and discovery and I was a father of two.
Why did you start EnderTech?
I started the company for several reasons:
Why do you enjoy working at EnderTech?
I enjoy working on our projects because I like the variety that we are exposed to in developing websites for so many diverse clients. We've gained experience in a lot of different industries and therefore have learned more about how business works than we would have if we'd stuck solely to one niche. This type of work provides a lot of technical and logistical challenge which lead to rewarding opportunities to discover and create solutions. I love helping to solve those challenges, so that we can meet mutual goals with our clients.
What are three things everyone should know about you?
